Ananda Devi began practising yoga in her late teens, drawn to the feeling of being in her body and the quiet focus the practice offered.

There was a sense of coming home — and moments of lightness, ease and genuine enjoyment that kept drawing her back.

She went on to complete over 500 hours of Kundalini Yoga training, and has since been teaching, supporting trainings, and sharing the practice in both group and immersive spaces.

Her approach is grounded and accessible — less about performance, and more about creating a space where people can meet themselves as they are… and maybe even find a little spark along the way.
